Abstract

The development of border areas is one of the priority social and economic problems of Russia today. Management of social-economic systems requires the Russian border regions organization of the processes of economic development in view of creating the necessary conditions for development of the entrepreneurship. This article provides an analysis in modern interpretation of various options for the development of joint business between the Far East Russia and North East China.
